At the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Akhmedova emphasized that in the 21st century, while the educational institutions in the regions appear outdated.

She noted: "Minister Dogdurkul Kendirbaeva is certainly actively opening new schools and kindergartens, for which we support her. However, at the same time, many educational institutions in the regions remain in a neglected state: the floors have rotted, the desks remind us of the 19th-20th centuries, and the shortage of teachers and textbooks is becoming critical."

Akhmedova proposed the need for a protocol directive allowing the minister to conduct trips to the regions for a more detailed study of the conditions of education and the lives of children.

She added: "It is important to develop not only the city but also to pay attention to the regions. If rural schools and kindergartens lack the necessary conditions, people will be forced to move to the city in search of better education for their children."
