The Ministry of Construction of Kyrgyzstan reports that the process of obtaining a construction license has now significantly accelerated—it can be completed in just one day.
As part of its digitalization program, the ministry has implemented an online system for obtaining a construction license, available on the website license.minstroy.kg.
To start the process, the user must register by providing their login, password, and the organization's tax identification number (TIN). Then, they need to assemble a team of specialists with valid certificates and add them to the system.
After that, an application for the license must be submitted. The system, in collaboration with the State Tax Service, verifies the provided data and generates a payment code for the state fee.
Once the payment is completed, the license is automatically created with a QR code and becomes available in the user's personal account.
