The signed Regulation establishes unified requirements for the structure of educational programs and the organization of courses for those planning to get married, as well as for young parents.
As part of the implementation of this resolution, expenses will be covered within the budget allocations provided by the relevant state bodies and local self-government bodies, as well as from other sources not prohibited by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
