Ishenbek Amanzholov is now the artistic director of the Academic Musical Drama Theater named after M. Ryskulov in Naryn. This information was announced by the Ministry of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy.
Amanzholov was born on September 10, 1994, in the Naryn region. He obtained a bachelor's degree from the Kyrgyz-Turkish University "Manas" and then continued his education at the Kyrgyz National University of Culture and Arts named after B. Beyshenalieva. Later, he studied in the master's program at GITIS, one of the leading theater institutes in Russia.
From 2019 to 2023, Ishenbek was an artist at the Kyrgyz State Youth Theater named after Baken Kydykeeva. Since 2025, he has also been working as a director at the Talas Regional Musical Drama Theater named after K. Medetbekov.
Among his works, notable performances include "Early Cranes" (2022), "Kiyamat" (2024), "The Curse" (2025), and "The Salty Desert" (2026).
