The President called on Middle Eastern countries for constructive dialogue
The President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, commented on the current conflict in the Middle East and called on the countries of the region for constructive dialogue through his social media.
He noted that the escalation of the conflict raises serious concerns and negatively affects neighboring Arab countries.
“The situation causes deep sorrow, especially considering that it is happening in the holy month of Orozo, a time of spiritual purification, forgiveness, and mutual respect. We share with the people of the region their irreparable loss caused by the numerous casualties among civilians. We condemn all actions that led to this tragedy,” the president wrote.
Japarov emphasized the need for the international community to unite efforts for a peaceful resolution of the situation, based on the principles of the UN Charter and international law.
“We call on all parties to exercise restraint, to immediately cease hostilities, and to take active measures to return to constructive dialogue in order to resolve the situation peacefully,” the head of state added.
