A resident of Osh, R.L., born in 1991, valued the white "BMW J30" at $31,700 and promised the owner to pay the specified amount by December 30, 2025. However, after receiving the car, he resold it to another person and used the proceeds for his own needs.
As a result, the car owner suffered a loss of $31,700.
In connection with this fact, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which pertains to fraud.
The suspect R.L. was detained, and the Osh city court decided to arrest him for two months.
