The Ministry of Emergency Situations states that the information regarding the ownership of the helicopter that flew at a low altitude is not accurate.

Residents of Kara-Balta reported a helicopter flying at a level comparable to that of a five-story building. Some sources also expressed opinions that it might belong to the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Although the Ministry conducts flights as part of its commercial services, the agency emphasizes that it has no relation to this incident.
