The main goal of the amendments is to reduce the storage periods for borrowers' credit information, which should simplify access to loans, reduce the burden on the banking system, and support the development of small and medium-sized businesses.
The draft law was developed to improve legislation in the field of credit information.
Taking into account the proposals from the deputies, it is suggested to reduce the overall storage period for negative credit history from 5 to 2 years, and for positive credit history from 7 to 5 years.
