The Minister of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, Mirbek Mambetaliev, reported that a new vehicle has been distributed for cultural institutions, including theaters, libraries, and local cultural departments.
“Currently, more than 100 cultural institutions have received vehicles. We have effectively provided our agencies with transportation at nearly 100%,” the minister noted. He also emphasized that all the vehicles transferred were manufactured at the "Tulpar Motors" plant in Kyrgyzstan.
Mirbek Mambetaliev added that the update of the vehicle fleet is part of a broader state program. Last year, buses were purchased, and the modernization of musical instruments and repairs in theaters are ongoing.
“The state actively supports our sector, which contributes to the development of culture in the country,” the minister concluded. It is worth noting that in Bishkek, a ceremony was held in the square named after T. Usubaliev for the transfer of 117 new service vehicles for cultural institutions under the Ministry of Culture. Link to photo report
