The Prosecutor's Office of the city of Sulukta has initiated an investigation following a report from one of the employees of the city administration for labor, social security, and migration, published on social media. The results of the investigation confirmed the fact of illegal collection of significant amounts of money from employees.
In particular, the head of this department, known as I.R., organized the collection of money from employees for subsequent transfer to an inspector of the Accounts Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic. These funds were transferred to an electronic wallet, as reported by the General Prosecutor's Office.
Based on the collected materials, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 337 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Abuse of Official Position." Necessary investigative measures are currently ongoing.
