In Kyrgyzstan, about 195 state services have been digitized

The Minister of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies of Kyrgyzstan, Azamat Jamangulov, stated on the air of "Birinchi Radio" that approximately 195 state services have been digitized in the country. Of this number, about 70% of the services are fully automated.

According to him, work in this direction continues and is not going to stop, as both the number of services and the needs of citizens are growing.

“We have achieved a significant volume of demanded services that our citizens actively use. Currently, we have about 195 digitized state services, of which approximately 70% are fully automated—from submitting an application to receiving a response from the state authority. The remaining services are semi-automated, which implies the mandatory presence of a citizen to obtain the result,” he clarified.

Jamangulov also emphasized the importance of developing proactive state services.

“Proactive state services mean that a citizen does not have to independently contact the state authority. State institutions should take care of citizens themselves,” he added.

The minister explained that, for example, if a newborn appears in a family, the maternity hospital transmits information to the relevant state institutions, which then prepare the birth certificate, registration with the CMS, and vaccination schedule. This relieves citizens from the need to collect documents and submit them to the school or kindergarten, as all necessary data will be transmitted automatically, and the child will only need to start attending the institution.

Jamangulov assured that work in this direction will continue in the future.
