A joint raid was held in Bishkek, organized by the State Service for Environmental and Technical Supervision under the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic. The event was also attended by the Municipal Inspection of the Bishkek Mayor's Office, the State Fire Supervision under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the Main Department of Road Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the inspection, five locations of illegal trade in explosive gases were identified, where cars and household gas cylinders were illegally refueled in violation of safety measures, the Ministry reports.
As a result of the raid:
— violation reports were compiled;
— fines were imposed;
— one of the locations was completely eliminated.
The Ministry reminds that the placement of mobile gas filling stations in populated areas is strictly prohibited, as it poses a danger to the life and health of citizens.
These raids will be conducted regularly. This work is carried out in accordance with Government Resolution No. 19 of the Kyrgyz Republic dated January 20, 2021, concerning industrial safety standards.
