According to the National Statistical Committee of Kyrgyzstan, in 2025, 28 companies were engaged in leasing, concluding 6,900 contracts, which is a 90% increase compared to 2024. All transactions were made under financial leasing terms.
The total amount of all contracts concluded in 2025 amounted to 14.8 billion soms, which is twice the figures of the previous year.
In the structure of financial leasing, contracts for the acquisition of vehicles predominated, accounting for 8.3 billion soms, which is 55.8% of the total volume.
It is worth noting that the share of the value of leasing contracts for agricultural machinery, vehicles, and equipment decreased from 26% in 2024 to 13.5% in 2025. The share of contracts for construction and road machinery also decreased from 32% to 28.6%, respectively.
