The man admitted that he was in an intoxicated state
The special services of Kyrgyzstan held a conversation with a local resident following his comments on social media, as reported by the GKNB press service.
The conversation was of a preventive and explanatory nature, as clarified by the committee.
Citizen Z.D.A., born in 1989, posted publications that could incite interethnic hatred. He stated that he was drunk at the time and promised that this would not happen again.
The GKNB initiated an examination of his messages, based on the results of which appropriate actions will be taken.
