It has become known that on December 16, 2025, at the LEGACY self-service car wash in Kainde, a 31-year-old man named T.K. became a victim of an attack by a group of unknown individuals. He reported to the police that he had been beaten using physical force for hooligan motives.
After the incident was registered, a forensic medical examination was conducted. The expert confirmed that the victim had suffered minor bodily harm. In this regard, a criminal case was initiated, classified under Article 131 (Infliction of minor bodily harm) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, police officers were able to identify the suspects — citizens M.T. born in 1986 and M.T. born in 1989. They were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility after the necessary investigative actions were carried out.
The investigation is ongoing, and all circumstances of the incident are currently being established.
