A 52-year-old woman turned to the police for help on January 3. She stated that in 2010, a former cattleman took 10 cows from her for grazing and kept them in a barn located in the village of Töch-Bulak in the Sokuluk district until 2025. During this time, the number of livestock increased to over 60 heads, and horses also appeared. The complainant claims that he sold her animals and refuses to compensate for the damage caused.
This case has been registered under Article 209 ("Fraud") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The law enforcement agencies detained the suspect B.M., born in 1959, who is now in a temporary detention facility.
An investigation is currently underway.
