According to information from the GKNB, some employees of the procurement department of this enterprise systematically demanded 10% of the tender amount, creating artificial obstacles and delaying the payment process for completed work.
As a result of operational activities, the detained worker, known as "A.K.Sh.", was placed in the GKNB detention center.
