Sanjar left his home on Shabdan Batyr Street on April 4 at around 18:00 and has not returned since.
He is between 165 and 170 centimeters tall, has short dark hair, and was wearing a dark blue t-shirt and gray pants.
The police urge anyone who may know anything about Sanjar's whereabouts to provide information by calling: +996500100796 and 102.
