In Tokmok, law enforcement agencies are searching for 14-year-old Kasiyat Beishalieva, who was born on September 28, 2011.
According to information provided by the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Chui region, the boy left his apartment located at: Tokmok, 3rd microdistrict, house 75, apt. 43, on November 25, 2025, around 14:00, and has not returned since.
Search operations have already begun regarding this case.
It has been established that Kasiyat suffers from a mild degree of intellectual disability.
At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing gray sports clothing, black sneakers, and a gray cap, and he had a black school backpack.
Notes on appearance: height about 150 cm, slender build, no distinctive features observed.
The police appeal to citizens: "If anyone has information about the whereabouts of Kasiyat Beishalieva, please report it to the duty station at: 0312 60-73-63 or 0701 153-512 (duty station)."
