During the trip, A. Kenjebayev familiarized himself with the construction process of various social and production facilities.
The first item on the agenda was the construction of a new educational building for 275 students and a gymnasium at School No. 2 named after T. Otunchiev in the city of Gulcho. Currently, an additional building that meets modern requirements is being constructed at the educational institution, and the first floor has already been completed. These works are financed from the republican budget, and the total cost of the project amounts to 217 million 885 thousand 496 soms.
School No. 2 named after T. Otunchiev currently consists of a single three-story building that accommodates 640 students. Today, the school has 1,470 students enrolled. The head of the region noted that it is necessary to accelerate the pace of construction and pay special attention to the quality of work so that the new conditions contribute to the improvement of the educational process.
After that, A. Kenjebayev reviewed the project for a new asphalt concrete plant, which will be built on the site of the old plant in the village of Chakmak, part of the city of Gulcho. The implementation of this project will be carried out with the involvement of investments under the law on public-private partnerships on a municipal land plot of 6.81 hectares.
With the commissioning of the new plant, there will be an opportunity to asphalt the internal roads of the city of Gulcho, which will also create new jobs.
The envoy also reviewed the initial plans for the construction of a dam intended to protect areas along the banks of the Gulcho River within the city limits.
Local authorities provided information about the water protection structure project and discussed issues related to the accelerated implementation of the project and its financing.
