The envoy spoke with his mother, Elmira Kadyrova, a single parent, and learned about their social needs and living conditions. During the visit, gifts were presented. Ruslan receives a monthly allowance of 8,000 soms, while his mother receives 7,681 soms for personal assistant services.
After that, Amankan Kenjebayev headed to the Kara-Kulja district, where he visited the home of Gülzhigit Tagaev, born in 1976, who is raising four children. Gülzhigit has needed a wheelchair for 9 years and is also classified as a Group I disabled person. He was also presented with gifts.
As of today, there are 34,881 people with disabilities living in the Osh region. In this regard, a special month has been declared in the region, during which events aimed at supporting people with disabilities are being held.
