As part of the celebration, food packages were handed out to 70 families with children with disabilities.
Kainy serves as the administrative center of the Panfilov district.
Deputy Akim Farida Abdildaeva noted that the district education department, together with the educational and health center "Vold Sheyo - Kamkorduk," organized an entertainment program titled "Özgöchö baldar — özgöchö mayram." More than 80 children participated in it.
"In the second part of the celebration, songs and dances were performed by special children. There were also relay races. The event concluded with performances by artists from the Kyrgyz State Circus, who presented acts with puppies," added the head of the district education department, Aigul Sultanalieva.
Additionally, all rural districts in the region also celebrated this important day by giving gifts and paying attention to citizens with disabilities.
