Since the beginning of his sports career in 2017, Baisalbek has established himself as a champion and prizewinner in various international and national tournaments, as well as a participant in championships and Olympics for athletes with hearing impairments.
His coach is Ilgiz Kanalbek uulu, and his first coach was Bakyt Abdykarimov.
