This event was organized in anticipation of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, which is celebrated every year on December 3.
The concert was attended by the district akim Ruslan Aitbaev, as well as representatives from various institutions and the participants with disabilities themselves.
"In honor of the holiday, a special program was organized where talented performers demonstrated their performances. Approximately 400 people attended the event, for whom refreshments and gifts from sponsors and local authorities were prepared," added A. Aitbaev.
In the Jalal-Abad region, over 51,000 citizens with disabilities receive state assistance.
