At the initiative of the local kenesh deputies and the ayil okmotu, a festive concert was organized for citizens with disabilities at the House of Culture "Zavety Ilyicha" in the village of Petrovka. Kenjebek Salbarov, the head of the House of Culture and a person with a disability of the II group, noted that "the sun shines equally for everyone," emphasizing the importance of people with disabilities in society. He invited 40-year-old Aydai Cherikbaeva, a resident of Petrovka who has been dancing for many years and sharing her art with those around her, onto the stage. Her dance "Kara jorgo" attracted everyone's attention.
Participants from the "Talantsy Tört-Gül" group and students from the Petrovka Children's Music School also presented their performances. During the event, gifts were handed out to children with special needs.
On the same day, events were also held in the district in honor of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities with the participation of Akim Niyazbek Kozyuev.
