High-ranking guests attended the event, including the chief imam-khatib of the Naryn region Rustam Chyrov, the head of the Chet-Nura rural council T. Kuleshov, and the chairman of the village council S. Bektemir uulu. Local residents and invited guests also gathered for the ceremony.
The construction of the mosque was carried out on a land plot provided by Aaly Elikbay uulu. The project's funding amounted to 5 million 858 thousand 870 soms, and technical assistance was provided by the municipal enterprise "Üch-Nura Taza Aymak."
