“Unknown individuals have blocked the sidewalk that starts on the eastern side of Bakayev Street from Masaliev Avenue and continues south. For the first 20 meters, everything is fine, but as you approach houses No. 140 and No. 142, the sidewalk ends. There is spontaneous parking, curbs, garage entrances, and various artificial elevations there. This makes it impossible to move safely with small children or strollers, as well as to ride a bicycle. Further down the street, the sidewalk continues again. Additionally, this section poses a danger to pedestrians, as they have to step onto the roadway of Bakayev Street,” local residents share their concerns.
