Due to identified violations, Mayor Aibek Junushaliev made the decision to terminate the contract with the café "Jasmin," while the entrepreneur will be offered another plot of land as an alternative.
During an inspection raid, Vice Mayor Ramiz Aliyev noted that according to the existing contract, the land was allocated for the installation of a light structure, but instead, a capital building was erected.
In the future, a comprehensive improvement of the area along the channel is planned.
A multi-level parking lot will also be built at 5/1a Sagymbai Manaschy Street.
A new bridge 28 meters wide is planned to be constructed on the section from Shabdan Baatyr Street to Sagymbai Manaschy Street.
