At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, deputy Ulukbek Karybek uulu raised important issues concerning migrants in Russia. He reported on the difficulties our compatriots face due to new control system requirements.
Karybek uulu proposed to strengthen legal support for migrants and to instruct consular services to more actively protect their rights.
In addition, he touched upon the issue of uneven development in the capital.
“In the upper zone of Bishkek, active development is observed: new schools and roads are being built, and water supply is being ensured. However, the lower zone, including the 'Dordoy' market area in the Sverdlovsk district, remains without proper attention. I ask that these residential areas be taken into account when distributing the budget,” the deputy added.
