In 2025, within the framework of capital construction financed by JSC "NESC", numerous significant projects were implemented at the Osh Electric Network Enterprise. This was reported by the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the information from the ministry, out of 12 facilities, 7 were built from scratch, while 5 underwent major repairs and were also put into operation. In particular:
A new service building for the employees of Kurshab UES was constructed in the territory of the Kurshab rural district in the Uzgen region. Previously, employees used a container that did not meet the necessary conditions. A new service building was opened for the electrical fitters of the Osh group at the 220/110/10 kV "Uzlova" substation, creating safe and comfortable working conditions. A modern service building with offices for management, a master, an operator, and a crew, as well as storage rooms for tools, sanitary facilities, and a meeting room, was built at the Salam-Alyk UES site of the Uzgen RES. Energy-saving and environmentally friendly materials were used in the construction. At the Otuza-Adyr UES site of the Kara-Suu RES, a service building was also erected, providing all necessary conditions for the work and rest of employees. For the first time, construction of a service building for the employees of the Sary-Tash UES began at the Sary-Tash site of the Aylai RES. The building of the Uzgen RES has been completely modernized: major repairs were carried out to meet modern requirements, and the adjacent territory was asphalted. The Kara-Suu RES also underwent major repairs, including the asphalt paving of the territory and the renovation of the transformer repair shop, creating comfortable conditions for employees. The complete renovation of the building of the electricity sales service of the Osh Electric Network Enterprise has also been completed, and the office furniture has been updated. At the Kara-Kulzhinsky RES, the transformer repair shop was completely renovated and is now equipped with a heating system, as well as separate rooms for showers, a kitchen, and offices. The building of the Jazy UES of the Uzgen RES, which was in poor condition, has also undergone complete renovation and now meets modern standards. In the remote area of Pakhtachi UES of the Aravan RES, major repair work was carried out by the repair and construction department of the Osh Electric Network Enterprise. To improve working conditions for energy workers, a new service building for duty electricians was built at the 35/10 kV "Oy-Tal" substation.
