The Federation of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan summarized the results of its educational activities and monitoring at enterprises for the year 2025. At a press conference at the "Kabar" agency, the chairman of the Federation, Muradil Jumadilde uulu, reported that there are currently about 6,000 chairpersons of primary organizations in the country.
According to him, during 2025, 1,754 people underwent training, which is a significant achievement and confirms a systematic approach to improving the qualifications of personnel.
As for future plans, in 2026, the Federation intends to expand its educational programs. Innovations will not only concern union members but will also include courses on personnel auditing and other important aspects of labor law.
In addition to educational activities, the Federation actively monitors the observance of workers' rights. In 2025, monitoring covered more than 1,300 enterprises in the republic. The head of the Federation emphasized that regular inspections and audits are aimed at strengthening the structure of trade unions and restoring the trust of ordinary members in union protection.
