At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Irysbek Atazhanov raised the issue of mass layoffs that often occur when new leadership comes into organizations. He noted that employees who have worked in the company for many years are often dismissed and inquired about how their rights are protected in such situations.
Deputy Minister of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration Kamchybek Dosmatov explained that when citizens appeal to the Labor Protection Service, an inspection is mandatory, and based on the results, a directive is issued. If the citizen disagrees with the decision, they can appeal to the court.
According to Dosmatov, in 2025, the Service conducted 1,183 inspections based on citizens' complaints.
