Dosoeva Aizat Turarovna has been appointed as the head of the rural administration of the Ak-Moyun village in the At-Bashinsky district of the Naryn region.

The order from the At-Bashinsky district state administration was signed on January 19, 2026.

Aizat Dosoeva was born on April 7, 1985, in the village of Choloq-Kayin in the Ak-Talinsky district of the Naryn region. She currently resides in the village of Ak-Muz in the At-Bashinsky district.

Education

From 2004 to 2010, she graduated from the Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaev with a degree in journalism.

- 2014–2016 — Ak-Muz rural administration, acting head of the library named after S. Abdybekova, specialist in military accounting.

- 2016–2019 — Ak-Muz rural administration, leading specialist in providing statistical information.

- 2019–2023 — Ak-Muz rural administration, specialist in attracting investments and public procurement.

- 2023–2024 — Ak-Moyun rural administration, chief specialist in collecting statistical data, project work, and public procurement.

- 2024–2025 — Ak-Moyun rural administration, leading specialist in attracting investments, project work, and public procurement.

- Since 2025 to the present — head of the socio-economic department.

She is married and a mother of five children.
