Previously, city authorities had stated plans to double the salaries of workers by 2026.
The "Osh Utility and Greenery Combine" is responsible for the landscaping and greening of streets, parks, and squares in the city of Osh.
In November 2025, Turmush reported on the grand opening of the new building of the Utility Combine in Osh. The building covers an area of 7,304 square meters and includes administrative offices, utility areas, a reservoir, a cafeteria, a warehouse, showers, a car wash, and parking spaces.
The contract cost amounted to 87,540,683 soms (over 1 million dollars at the current exchange rate of the NBKR). Currently, "Greening and Landscaping" remains a subsidized enterprise. According to previous data, in 2025, the city hall plans to allocate 220,036,000 soms to support this combine.
