In Naryn, on January 29, 2026, a municipal store specializing in the sale of meat was opened at the central market. This project aims to implement meat products produced by local farmers without intermediaries. The relevant information was provided by the Ministry of Agriculture.
In this store, customers will be able to purchase quality and safe meat at prices significantly lower than market rates. The initiative is aimed at improving food accessibility for the population, especially for socially vulnerable groups, as well as curbing unjustified price increases for meat products.
Creating such conditions for local farmers allows them to sell their products directly, minimizing the number of intermediaries and establishing a direct connection between producers and consumers.
Additionally, there are plans to open similar retail points in other regions of the country.
The ministry noted that this initiative is being implemented in accordance with the directive of Minister Bakyt Torobaev to stabilize meat prices.
