As a result of the meeting, a decision was made to hold a competition and auction for the lease of these properties.
Among the four properties planned to be offered in the competition are:
- the "Tatiny" building (Gvardeyskaya St., No. 54).
- the driving school building (Oboronnaya St., No. 1).
- the "Abay" Humanitarian and Economic College building (Kommunisticheskaya St., No. 1A).
- the "Banya" facility (Mira St., No. 20).
In addition, 36 containers located at the "Kerben" market will be put up for auction. The lease term for all properties will be 5 years, while for the bathhouse it will be 10 years, due to the possibility of its reconstruction. Tenants will be required to carry out necessary repairs and renovations at their own expense, as well as create new jobs and improve the adjacent territory.
