In the press service of the Osh mayor's office, it was explained that the cause of the puddle was blocked drainage pipes, which prevented the water from draining away.
“The bridge has drainage pipes that were found to be clogged. The municipal enterprise 'Osh-Tazalyk' has carried out the cleaning. In addition, the road management cleared the snow from the roadway, and the puddles on the sidewalk have been eliminated and put in order. Information about the damaged paving slabs has been forwarded to the management, but it is still unknown whether this will be included in the work plans for the current year,” the mayor's office reported.
