At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh Committee on Science, Education, Innovative Development, Information Technologies, Culture, Sports, and Youth Affairs, Deputy Minister of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy Marat Tagaev reported on the implementation of international tools for assessing the state of youth in Kyrgyzstan, such as the Global Youth Well-Being Index and the Youth Well-Being and Development Index.
He noted that in accordance with current legislation, research to determine the Youth Well-Being and Development Index is conducted every two years. The last study took place in 2025, and the results were published on January 23, 2026.
