
In 2025, the total amount of compensation paid to citizens injured at work in Kyrgyzstan amounted to 111.057 million soms.
According to the Ministry of Labor, 28 inspectors conducted 1,173 inspections at enterprises, during which 1,885 violations of labor legislation were identified. As a result of these inspections, 161 incidents were registered, in which 94 people sustained serious injuries, and 63 died.
The total amount of imposed fines reached 8.838 million soms, of which 6.936 million soms have already been paid. Meanwhile, the total amount of accrued wages for workers over the year reached 14.726 million soms.
Additionally, in 2025, the service conducted 120 judicial examinations, organized 236 training events on labor protection, processed 1,306 written requests from citizens, and provided 6,541 oral consultations.
The agency emphasized that regular monitoring of compliance with labor legislation is aimed at protecting workers' rights, improving labor discipline, and ensuring safety in the workplace.
