At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, the First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Daniyar Amangeldiev, stated that the government does not intend to conduct re-legalization of cars with foreign registration plates.
According to him, citizens were previously given sufficient time to complete this procedure.
“The state authorities did everything possible: the deadlines for legalization were extended, and additional windows were opened in public service centers. Nevertheless, many citizens did not take this seriously. It is now impossible to resume the program,” he noted.
Deputy Marlen Mamataliyev added that he continues to receive requests from citizens asking for the re-legalization of vehicles.
