In the foothills of the Jaiyl district of the Chui region, vacationers noticed numerous animal tracks in the snow, including wild boars, roe deer, foxes, and jackals.

Local residents shared that in the "winter book" of the Almaly gorge (Apple), located 18 kilometers from Kara-Balta, one can read about the lifestyle of its inhabitants. This gorge has been home to many species of animals and birds for many years. The deep snow forces wild boars to descend from the mountains, leaving clear tracks in search of fallen apples, trampling flat areas around the trees.

“Tracks of roe deer can also be seen nearby. It is very interesting how the winter tracks reflect the behavior of foxes and jackals. Judging by the tracks left behind, these predators enjoy the fruits of hawthorn, as evidenced by the remnants of their meal,” nature enthusiasts shared their observations.
