As explained by representatives of the Panfilov district prosecutor's office, Kainy is the administrative center of this district. The apartment, located in one of the apartment buildings, was bequeathed to the orphan E.B. by her grandmother.
A citizen A.T. submitted a statement to the prosecutor's office on behalf of the teenager, indicating that E.B. has no parental guardianship, and her right to housing is under threat.
During the investigation, it was established that the apartment located at: Kainy, Belobrova St., 8/19, was indeed inherited by E.B. However, a relative S.K., who is not a legal guardian, was illegally renting the apartment to third parties and using the funds for personal gain.
To protect E.B.'s rights, the district prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit in the district court on June 24, 2025, demanding the eviction of all those who were illegally residing in the apartment.
According to the prosecutor's office, on January 15, 2026, the court granted the lawsuit, restoring the rights of the orphan E.B. and returning her inherited apartment.
