
In preparation for the heating season of 2025/2026, all planned activities aimed at ensuring reliable heat supply in Bishkek have been completed. This information was announced by representatives of the city administration.
In 2025, 1 billion 230 million soms were allocated to the municipal enterprise "Bishkek TEC" for the repair campaign. As a result of this work, the repair of five energy boilers and six turbo units has been completed, and necessary repairs to heating equipment have also been carried out.
The municipal enterprise "Bishkekteploset" has conducted significant repair and construction work: 4,551 meters of heating networks have been repaired, 21 pumping stations have been updated, 424 units of shut-off valves have been replaced, and 1,543 square meters of thermal insulation have been completed.
The construction of pumping station No. 3, located at the intersection of Chuy Avenue and Osmonkula Street, has been completed, as well as the reconstruction of heating networks on Kurmanjan-Datka and Frunze streets.
In 2025, "Bishkekteploenergo" installed nine new gas boilers, replaced 2.7 kilometers of heating networks, repaired 108 boiler houses and 495 units of equipment, and also reconstructed five coal boiler houses.
In addition, the first phase of the "Bishkekselmash" boiler project has been completed, which involved the launch of six boilers with a total capacity of 60 MW.
Furthermore, in collaboration with Gazprom Kyrgyzstan LLC, the city administration is actively implementing a gasification project for residential areas of the city, resulting in over 50,000 subscribers being connected to gas, significantly improving the quality of life for residents.
