The Alamedin district prosecutor's office conducted 10 inspections regarding the enforcement of legislation on children during the 12 months of 2025. As a result of these activities, 14 violations of the law were identified, of which 13 were rectified. Five submissions and four demands were made. Following the review of the prosecutor's acts, 6 employees were held accountable under various types of disciplinary action, and a total of 242,710 soms was recovered for the state.
During the specified period, investigators from the Alamedin district internal affairs department conducted investigative actions on 23 criminal cases involving crimes committed by children. In terms of the proceedings: 12 criminal cases were terminated based on part 2 of article 27 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 6 cases were terminated based on paragraph 13 of part 1 of article 27 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 3 cases were sent to court, and 2 cases remain under investigation.
In relation to crimes committed against minors, 13 criminal cases were initiated. Of these, 6 cases were sent to court, 6 cases were terminated, and 1 case is still under investigation.
The juvenile affairs inspection (JAI) of the internal affairs department has 66 children registered, of which 34 were registered during the reporting period. Additionally, 92 children were removed from the register.
Furthermore, in order to prevent bullying, racketeering, suicide, and domestic violence among schoolchildren, 8 meetings and lectures with adolescents were held over the 12 months of 2025. One demand for the prevention of offenses was also made.
