According to Adylova, the parents of this teenager are civilians. She also added: "Even if the boy's father were an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, it would not exempt him from responsibility. Everyone is equal before the law, and in case of violation of the rules, those responsible will be punished in accordance with the legislation." It is worth noting that for hooligan actions, fines ranging from 180,000 to 200,000 soms or imprisonment for a term of 2 to 5 years are provided.
