As part of the "My Home" program, the State Mortgage Company reports a significant number of citizens wishing to obtain housing under the "Preferential Mortgage" program. This was stated in a live broadcast on Birinchi Radio by Kylchbek Keldibekov, head of the sales department of the company.
As of August 29, 2025, according to the updated list on the mortgage company's website, there are 35,459 people in line for housing under the "Preferential Mortgage" program.
"Among those who have applied for the 'Preferential Mortgage,' the majority are employees of government institutions. A percentage approach is used in the distribution of apartments: the total number of applicants across all categories is considered 100 percent. Depending on the number of applicants for the 'Preferential Mortgage,' corresponding percentages are allocated. A similar distribution occurs for the 'Accessible Mortgage' and 'Social Mortgage' categories," he noted.
According to data as of August 29, 2025, the number of citizens waiting for their turn in other categories is as follows:
- 'Social Mortgage' — 6,251 people;
- 'Accessible Mortgage' — 14,112 people.
