Currently, all road routes, both international and local, as well as the country's passes, are accessible for travel without any restrictions, reports the Ministry of Transport.
At the same time, light snow is observed at the Toо-Ashuu and Ala-Bel passes, located on the Bishkek – Osh route, as well as at the Otmok pass, which is on the Tashkent – Talas – Suusamyr road. The road maintenance services responsible for these sections continue to actively monitor the winter conditions on the roads.
In addition, travel is open at the Ton-Murun pass on the Osh-Sary-Tash-Erketcham route, as well as at the Dolon and Tuz-Bel passes, which are on the Bishkek-Naryn-Torugart road. The Tup-Kegen road is also accessible, where traffic is proceeding without restrictions.
The Ministry emphasizes that road services are working around the clock, clearing roads of snow and applying anti-icing materials. The agency urges drivers to adhere to traffic rules.
