Of the total number of reports, 325 resulted in the issuance of temporary protection orders.
The statistics on issued protection orders are divided as follows:
- among women — 307 (including 6 minors);
- among men — 18 (including 2 minors).
In 2025, 52 individuals were held accountable for domestic violence under Article 70 of the Code of Offenses. Among them:
- 12 individuals were arrested;
- 34 individuals received sentences in the form of community service;
- 6 individuals were fined.
Additionally, 4 criminal cases were initiated under parts 2 of Article 136, 1 of Article 177, and 1 of Article 374 of the Criminal Code, which are currently under consideration in court.
Throughout the year, two interdepartmental meetings aimed at preventing offenses and crime, including cases of domestic violence, were held at the Alamedin State Administration.
The prosecutor's office also conducted an inspection, which revealed violations of legislation. A prosecutor's response act was drawn up, and all identified violations were rectified.
Considering the existing offenses and crimes, the prosecutor's office of the Alamedin district exercises constant and strict control in this area.
