The head of the Manas district state administration, Bakyt Suyunbaev, delivered a speech at the event about the significance of the state flag and also talked about its updated version. In his speech, he congratulated those present on the Day of the Ak Kalpak, which is celebrated on March 5, and wished everyone success and well-being.
