The mayor of the Osh region, Janarbek Akayev, held a celebration for women working in municipal enterprises as part of the International Women's Day celebration on March 8, with the support of various social organizations.
In his address to those present, he emphasized the importance of women in society and thanked them for their significant contribution to the development of the city and the maintenance of family traditions.
At the conclusion of the event, coinciding with the holy month of Ramadan, 300 social workers were presented with food packages as humanitarian aid.
